Mr. Cooley has 33 years of experience in the aquatic design industry. His background includes meeting the unique challenges of applying sanitary engineering processes to marine parks, aquaculture/aquarium systems, and a variety of zoo projects. His expertise includes both fresh and saltwater systems culturing marine and freshwater mammals and marine fish and invertebrates.
Mr. Cooley is a published authority on the design of technologically advanced water treatment plants designed to meet the extreme and diverse needs of a wide variety of aquatic environments. Mr. Cooley has designed systems that treat flows from 0.1-mgd to 100-mgd. He has been responsible for process design, project management, and QA/QC on systems ranging in cost from $500K to $250M.
Project Manager, Supervising Engineer, PCA Global
As a project manager and project engineer in PCA's Energy and Industry Division, Mr. Eccles offers experience in the design and construction support of numerous aquatic and municipal water treatment systems. Mr. Eccles’ project experience includes process design and hydraulic analysis for aquatic facilities all over the world.
Mr. Eccles' process experience includes knowledge of sand filtration, fractionation, biological nitrification, chlorination, ozonation and membrane treatment. Mr. Eccles served as the location project manager for the San Diego office for three years and was responsible for review of monthly office financial reports.

As a principal Life Support System Designer, Mr. Kammeyer is responsible for all aspects of project design including coordination with facility curators, aquarists and other project team consultants, spatial planning and life support facility layout, equipment selection, sizing and assessment, and construction support services.
Mr. Kammeyer offers 25 years of experience designing a vast array of Aquatic water treatment systems for marine parks, zoos, aquariums, and marine animal rehabilitation and research facilities throughout the world.

Ms. Gladson has spearheaded the broad acceptance of highly successful Design-Build processes for design and construction on the UCI Medical Center and campus. During her tenure at UCI, Ms. Gladson was responsible for overseeing $4.9 billion in design and construction, which supported significant university growth, and advancement in facilities for patient care, research, instruction and campus life.
Sought after for her expertise, Ms. Gladson frequently lectures at, and consults with, medical centers, universities and professional organizations throughout the U.S. and abroad, focusing on alternative construction delivery methods, managing the implementation of capital programs, and leadership and strategic problem solving.
Designation Country Manager, Taiwan and Mainland China, MWH
Mr. Huang oversees the overall operation of MWH Taiwan and MWH China. He is a water and wastewater process expert with over 20 yeas of experience. His fortes include planning and design of water treatment work, sewer pipeline and treatment work, industrial wastewater treatment facility and life support system (LSS) of sea world and aquarium.
Mr. Huang also has considerable experience in advanced water and wastewater treatment in terms of ozonization, activated carbon filtration, softening (pellet reactor), membrane technology (for seawater desalination, wastewater reclamation and reuse) and biological nutrients (N&P) removal.

Mr. Roofener is a senior designer with more than 28 years of experience providing CAD design services for cities and agencies throughout California, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, Pennsylvania Washington, and Canada. He has prepared construction drawings and worked on a wide variety of aquatics life support, storm drain, water, wastewater, water quality, and various other types of design projects.
Mr. Roofener’s knowledge and experience in the construction industry have helped identify many potential constructability problems, and aided in the overall quality of designs and ease of construction through well thought out design.
